We're looking for Interns and Brokers who possess the following skills and qualities.
Knowledge and Skills
Computer literacy essential
Knowledge of the industry
Key Responsibilities:
Sale and lease of commercial properties
Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena
Adding listings to various marketing channels
Taking out potential buyers/tenants to appropriate properties
Networking with landlords and other professionals
Drawing up sales/lease agreements and ensuring that all relevant
legal docs are in place.
Experience:
Experience in commercial and industrial property will be
advantageous
Commission driven sales and service experience
Canvassing for business and generating leads with a proven track
record
Essential Characteristics:
Good time-management and self-management skills
Self-starter with a hunger to excel
Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
Patience but ability to persevere through extended and complex
sales cycles
Advanced customer service, relationship building and negotiation
skills
Creative dealmaker
Natural and engaging communicator and networker

An ability to remain committed and focused despite setbacks
