Big auction of industrial machinery

MONDAY will see WH Auctioneers selling up a massive selection of construction equipment and trucks.

On the smaller side, there will also be seven TLBs, including a Caterpillar 422E and a number of 428s, Bell 315s and Volvo BL71s. In the excavator line-up, the star of the show will be the 2010 Caterpillar 325, which will be flanked by a number of other excavators from Caterpillar, Bell and Hitachi.

If you are moving product off-road, among the ADTs are two remarkably wellpresented Bell B40Cs.

“We don’t often see such honest machines on the market. It’s a great opportunity for buyers who don’t want the later technology to get into older machines that are in great condition,” says WH Auctioneers director Shannon Winterstein.

From Bomag, Hamm and Caterpillar ride-on rollers to tamping rammers and vibrating compactors, there is a wideranging selection of road-making equipment for projects big and small. Wheel loaders range from a large Daewoo Mega 400 and Caterpillar 966G to smaller Case and Mustang skid-steer loaders. There are also a number of traditional and rough-terrain forklifts, including JCB and Toyota.

Rounding off the selection are 6x4 mechanical horses and trailers, as well as rigid trucks, including tippers and dropsides.

WH is open for viewing from 09am to 5pm all weekend. The auction starts on Monday at 10.30am, at 26 Milkyway Avenue, Linbro Park.
