Nice bag for November commercial auctions
Auction Inc has over 30 auctions scheduled to take place in November – a mixture of commercial, residential and industrial properties situated in sought-after nodes around Gauteng.
The Illovo-based auction house was launched just over a year ago. Says CEO Paul Winterstein: “There is an exciting time ahead for us. We have acceded to key clients’ requests and decided to service the entire spectrum of the auction business, whether it is real estate or loose assets. Offerings include a large warehouse in Watloo, Pretoria, measuring 8 150m². The property is strategically located within close proximity of central Pretoria and all major arterial routes, and will be auctioned on-site on Thursday, November 22 at 12h30.
There will also be three vacant factories going on auction in Stormill (an industrial node situated to the west of Johannesburg).
Other properties to be auctioned on-site during November include workshops in Jeppestown, a corner property in Village Deep measuring 1 500m² and various residential properties situated throughout Gauteng.
Adds Winterstein: “We have handpicked the properties we have placed on auction based on property type, location and price, with the aim of presenting our valued clients with opportunities not to be missed.”
