The factory has a generous height of 9m to apex, 7m to eaves and houses a 5 ton gantry crane. The unit is accessed via a 5.5m high roller door from the spacious yard area. The unit offers abundant natural lighting and is supplied with 160 Amp 3 phase power.

The facility includes a mezzanine level measuring approximately 206m2 and contains the office component, In addition to the internal admin ablutions, a separate ablution block for floor staff set along side the factory comprises of toilets, showers and changerooms.

The complex is secured with an automated security gate and after hours security guards at night and over the weekend.
