Development Nordic Industrial Park

Nordic Industrial Park is a sectional title development situated on a 56000m2 secure site fully enclosed with an electricity fence. There is a 24 hour security guard based at the entrance to the park. We have allowed ample space for parking and traffic on site, the warehousing units will only occupy 50%, allowing for easy and efficient access. We are offering Turnkey Development for purchase of one or more individual warehousing units, ranging in size from 450m2 to 5000m2, built to new owner’s specifications. Each unit will be allocated up to 300 amps electricity.
